Chantrelle season!

It's pretty easy to find a couple days worth of chantrelles right now, and we're getting better at cooking them. (the important thing is to dry cook them until the water's out) Here's a batch I found on a morning dog walk:


so we had mushroom, onion and cheese sandwiches - on the home made bread, with a home grown salad on the side. Roughing it!
