Counter structures

Here's some photos of the sub structure of the kitchen counters. Here's where the fridge will go (note the 2x4 ribs under the plywood for strength):

and here's the space between the stove and sink, looking out the south windows:

Note for future reference: there's electrical wires on the horizontal at the back of this area, under the outlet... I need to make sure to not screw into those by accident.
